At Sublime Haven, we believe the energy of the environment is key to the ultimate spa experience. Our boutique spa is designed to provide a cozy and serene atmosphere, with every detail carefully curated to ensure your comfort and relaxation.

We have incorporated reclaimed barn wood from a 120-year-old barn to bring the essence of the woods indoors, complemented by a lush moss wall. A mural painted by a visionary artist enhances the space, inspiring the divine cosmic vibe within us all.

As you fall into serenity, enjoy the comfort of your own robe and slippers, and perhaps a cup of coffee or herbal tea. Our array of spa services includes massage and couple's massage, meditation, reiki, facials, and shiatsu, all designed to cater to your individual needs and promote your well-being.  If you are interested in a couple's massage, give us a call at 423-762-6117 or drop us a line below, since there may be times available beyond what is listed on our booking site.

We chose Sublime Haven as our name because we believe in creating a sanctuary where you can reconnect with yourself, reunite your soul and body, and leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. To facilitate this experience, our Spa Manager, Anna Grace, brings over 15 years of expertise in the spa industry. She is a licensed Esthetician (EST) and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), with additional certifications as a Somatic Practitioner. Anna Grace will collaborate with you to design a spa experience that is truly unique and transformative. For her, true healing is a calling, and realignment with oneself begins with you and can be found right here with us.

We also believe in the power of botanicals. Eric J. Limbird, a Reiki Master with a Master's degree in Plant Biology, and Anna Grace both recognize the unique role plants and herbs play in reconnection, rejuvenation, and energy balancing. These natural elements allow us to experience a vital connection to the earth, essential for one's wholeness. We combine these botanical elements and elixirs closely with our therapies to provide a grounding experience that reunites you with the cosmos. 

Recently, we began a Global Meditation, Herb, and Vegetable Garden, featuring many unique plants throughout our business and grounds. We invite you to join us on this journey and let us be part of yours.
