Sublime Haven began as a beautiful dream brought to life by Eric and Anna Grace, who aimed to create a sanctuary of peace and tranquility in Sewanee, TN. Here, anyone can come and be themselves, finding healing for the mind, body, and soul effortlessly.
To build this refuge, we offer our love coupled with a wide range of spa services, featuring unique massage techniques and facial treatments. These services are designed to leave you feeling refreshed and ready to embrace your best self.
Anna Grace is a dual licensed esthetician and massage therapist. She has the spirit of a true healer, with over 15 years of experience in the spa industry. Her vision was a spa dedicated to healing, growth, and transformation. Trained at the renowned Finger Lakes School of Massage in New York, she completed 1200 hours of intensive training, earning certifications as a Somatic Practitioner and Licensed Massage Therapist. Anna Grace specializes in shiatsu, medical and sports massage, as well as traditional Swedish techniques. Her dream was to create a spa nestled in the mountains, where she could combine her expertise and foster a space of love and genuine healing.
Diana Summers, a licensed massage therapist, recently joined the Sublime Haven team. She offers a range of massage services, including couples or simultaneous massage in partnership with Anna Grace.
Eric is an excellent reiki practitioner. Reiki is an energy-balancing practice that relaxes and encourages self-healing through gentle touch in specific areas of the body. He finds contentment in the practice and experiencing others' healing.
Together, Eric and Anna Grace envision a haven of global cultivation of love, tranquility, and healing.
Located in Sewanee, Tennessee, our spa is surrounded by unique environmental wonders, including majestic waterfalls, caves, trails, and diverse plant life. We hope you’ll make Sublime Haven and this magical mountain a cherished part of your journey.
Our Spa
At Sublime Haven, we believe the energy of the environment is key to the ultimate spa experience. Our boutique spa is designed to provide a cozy and serene atmosphere, with every detail carefully curated to ensure your comfort and relaxation.
We have incorporated reclaimed barn wood from a 120-year-old barn to bring the essence of the woods indoors, complemented by a lush moss wall. A mural painted by a visionary artist enhances the space, inspiring the divine cosmic vibe within us all.
As you fall into serenity, enjoy the comfort of your own robe and slippers, and perhaps a cup of coffee or herbal tea. Our array of spa services includes waxing, single or couples/simultaneous massage, meditation, reiki, and shiatsu, all designed to cater to your individual needs and promote your well-being.

More About Us
We chose Sublime Haven as our name because we believe in creating a sanctuary where you can reconnect with yourself, reunite your soul and body, and leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. To facilitate this experience, our Spa Manager, Anna Grace, brings over 15 years of expertise in the spa industry. She is a licensed Esthetician (EST) and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), with additional certifications as a Somatic Practitioner. Anna Grace will collaborate with you to design a spa experience that is truly unique and transformative. For her, true healing is a calling, and realignment with oneself begins with you and can be found right here with us.
We also believe in the power of botanicals. Eric J. Limbird, with a Master's degree in Plant Biology, and Anna Grace both recognize the unique role plants and herbs play in reconnection and rejuvenation. These natural elements allow us to experience a vital connection to the earth, essential for one's wholeness.
Recently, we began a Global Meditation, Herb, and Vegetable Garden, featuring many unique plants throughout our business and grounds. We invite you to join us on this journey and let us be part of yours.
